So this girls parents get her a passport because she says she’s going to Canada with her friends… They don’t check up on her at all, they just take her word for it. She’s going to Canada with her friends. Wouldn’t you ask your 16 year old daughters friends about the trip to Canada? I’d like to think I would.
Anyway, turns out she’s going to the Jordan to meet some guy she met on MySpace. DON’T BLAME YOURSELF, THOUGH, just blame it on the “new laws protecting America.” Maybe you can understand this: PARENTS ARE THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE!

Ok, so everyone knows about the big deal going on with downloading games and music and movies, etc… Well games, like DVD’s, have encryption on them. Game vendor’s, however, can go through severaly different companies and choose from several different forms of encryption and protection to keep people from sharing their games illegally.
Anyway, one of these protections is StarForce. It’s notoriously hard for crackers to crack and it can cause major problems for them… However, it’s also notorious for not allowing people who own the game legally to play. This recently happened to my brother-in-law… Amidst the conversation about this we both came up with a slogan for StarForce Protection, and here they are:
“StarForce, our copyright protection is so good you’ll have to buy the game twice.”
“StarForce, it’s so good you cant even buy it!”
Now this shit is something I would do!
In fact, I think i’m going to hook up my computer to the computer hanging above it and just keep those camera’s on it constantly… Hell yeah, buddy! Now hurry up and get those camera’s runnin’!
I’m glad the courts actually made the right call in this story.
