OMG those are SO GROSS!!!  I used to work with a guy who had holes in his ears so big I could see through them and out the window that was across the room.  It’s so NASTY!

As another person said… the cell phone in the ear might have been for hands-free talking.

The only one I find gross is the dude that has his uvula pierced.  The rest are just dumb.  I hate those “stretching” piercings.  I’ve got a few piercings, but if I ever decide to take them out all they will leave behind is a small (1.6mm) hole.  None of this “Look grampa, I can put my entire hand through your earlobe!” garbage.

That is just not healthy, all those piercings.
