You know, i’m about a midget’s penis size away from feeling sorry for FEMA.

Either they can’t do anything fast enough or they do things too quickly.  I don’t think it’s their fault that people are abusing a system put into place to help people who suffered from Katrina; obviously the fault and blame should lie upon the shoulders of those who used relief money to stay in a Hawaiian hotel for 70 nights, or used the money to book a carribean cruise, or used the money to pay for their divorce lawyer, or bought 5 season tickets to the Saints which they’re probably going to try to sell individually and make triple what they paid…

However, if FEMA and the Homeland Security IG don’t pursue charges to the fullest extent on EVERY SINGLE CASE whether it’s a cruise or a meal at a 5 star restaurant, i’m going to change my mind.
